categories, their physical locations (if GPS devices are installed) and
their assignments. The assignments to Projects, districts/Regions and Foremen
can be updated by clicking on the button on the right side of the report.

Activity (Hours) Display
The numbers
of hours each machine has run is shown in this display. Hours for the past
two weeks are shown. This display is updated through yesterday’s work and
indicates how well the machines have produced.

Fleet Status
Maintenance Display
Maintenance
services and dates are the purpose of this report. The client can set the
hour boundaries for the report so that machines appear on the report when
they are near their maintenance period. Different colors reflect how close
to the maintenance cycle the machine is. Maintenance data can be entered
quickly and easily by clicking on the button on the right of the appropriate
machine line.

Fleet Status
Alerts Display
Machine alerts
are displayed here for the purpose of alerting equipment personnel to determine
their causes and if repairs are necessary. The status of the Alerts reflects
whether the alert is a new alert, being worked on, or closed. Once closed,
the alert drops from the list. The alert status can be changed by clicking on
the button at the right side of the appropriate machine line.
